Planterly is a rigid, one-piece product that cannot be folded, rolled, or shipped in an envelope. To prevent bending or breakage, it must ship in a protective box rather than a padded mailer. This ensures it arrives exactly as intended.

Why not use bubble mailers or envelopes?

Because Planterly maintains its shape and function by design, flexible packaging would risk damage in transit. We prioritize product quality over cutting corners on shipping.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping reflects the actual cost of protective packaging and carrier rates based on size and distance. We do not inflate shipping costs for profit.

Is shipping cheaper when I order more than one?

Yes. Shipping costs are more efficient on multi-pack bundles, because the box space and shipping cost are shared across multiple units. That’s why bundles offer the best overall value.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders over $99.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from California and are packed by hand.

What carrier do you use?

We ship via USPS.

What if my order arrives damaged?
